After carefully assessing the seams that were the original cause of the persistent leak, we determined that the roof fasteners securing the rubber membrane were indeed failing. In response, we promptly removed the old screws and replaced them with new, high-quality screws and washers to ensure a secure and reliable fit for the roof. To further enhance the durability and effectiveness of our repair, we capped these fasteners with cover tape, alongside addressing all other seams that had become separated over time. This comprehensive approach not only effectively resolves the existing issues but also significantly strengthens the overall integrity of the roof, preventing potential future leaks and ensuring long-lasting, dependable performance for years to come.
